TO GET GOLD Level Referral Bonus of $560.00

  • One 1 Year Lease Terms

  • Monthly Rent of $2500 or more

 

TO GET SILVER Level Referral Bonus of $400.00

*Must meet all the following requirements below:

  • Minimum 1 Year PM Contract

  • One 1 Year Lease Terms

  • Monthly Rent between $1200-$2495

*On Tenant occupied properties, only a $350 Referral Bonus will be rewarded. Rents that fall below $1200 is a $350 Referral.
